I have been very passionate about spreading the word about pelvic physical therapy and how life changing it can be since I was a patient myself. I had pain and incontinence issues after the birth of my 2 children. I experienced first-hand how pelvic PT works and can improve your quality of life. I hope in the future all people who have babies will seek out a pelvic health professional. Let’s not forget about those that have pelvic dysfunction that have not experienced childbirth… we are here for you too!
I graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Clinical Science, Master of Clinical Science and Doctorate of Physical therapy. I have been a physical therapist for over 15 years and I have worked in inpatient/SNF rehab setting, acute care (hospital), inpatient neurologic rehab, and outpatient neurologic rehab before I found my place in Pelvic PT. I look forward to helping my patients meet their goals and feel better in the process.
I was born and raised in the Rochester area and now live with my husband and 2 sons in Webster. I enjoy spending time with my family, the Adirondacks, Conesus Lake, sports, musicals and girls’ nights with my friends. It took many years and the help of some great local fertility specialists for us to build a family and I am forever grateful for them.
