While I am not a therapist, I understand that the services our office provides can be life changing for those who seek them. As such, I take my part in your care very seriously. From scheduling your first appointments to interacting with insurance companies on your behalf, I hope to make your time here as productive and as stress free as possible. When you walk into our office, I want you to feel welcome and know that we are going to take great care of you. I might even crack a dad joke to elicit a laugh. I make no apologies.

I am a Wheaton College (the MA one) graduate with a double major in Philosophy and Hispanic Studies. Originally from the Boston area, I moved to Pittsford in 2014 so my wife could pursue a career change in her medical specialty near her old hometown. I have worked in a variety of settings from the auto insurance industry to high school Special Education department. This position marks my return to work after several years of being a stay-at-home dad with my two daughters. If I’m not playing guitar in a local band, you can probably find me on a trail somewhere with my dog or with my feet by the fire pit making smores with my family.
